Teachers at Beenleigh State School don't want our students to miss out on an understanding of the language of nature. Therefore, the Essential Learnings of the Science syllabus form an important part of teaching and learning at our school. Weekly Science lessons are taught, either in isolation, or integrated, in all classrooms. This year, because of our purpose built science and technology facility, students will have even greater access to science lessons in a specific science environment. Students in Year 7 attend the local high school for a series of lessons in their Science laboratory.
